Studying Vocabulary from the Constitution

The eighth graders began reading The United States Constitution this week.  I want them to be able to interpret the document for themselves for the rest of their lives.  The framers included many unique words and phrases in the document.  Your students had a quiz on many of these words today, and in preparation, students played a game with the words.  The hardest part of the game for your students was that they were not allowed to speak or stand up.  They wrote, acted out, and created the words and phrases out of Play-Doh.
